The Role

As the Global Athlete Brand Analyst for Hoka, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sports Marketing Team by managing purchase orders, tracking invoices, coordinating spend approvals, and ensuring internal controls are in place. You'll help drive operational efficiency, support spend management, and act as a liaison between brand business partners and shared services, all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Assist with creation, communication, and management of purchase orders and payments, providing guidance to improve operating procedures
  • Review contracts and agreements, submitting them for electronic signatures
  • Receive and review domestic and international invoices for proper approval, compliance, and tax treatment
  • Post approved invoices in USD and foreign currencies into Oracle, maintaining accurate records
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries concerning account status and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage month-end closing processes for multiple companies, balancing reports and resolving errors
  • Act as a liaison between brand business partners and matrix shared services

Who You Are

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or economics
  • At least three years of experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or business administration
  • Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus
  • Excellent communication, time management, follow-up, and writing skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with high integrity and dependability
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interface with brand leadership, accounting, finance, marketing, and global teams
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP software
  • Motivated self-starter who works independently and collaboratively
