• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear and measurable goals tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies in individual, family, and group settings.
• Monitor client progress consistently, utilizing tracking methods to adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring immediate support and stabilization for clients facing acute challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care addressing all aspects of clients' needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our community health clinic serves individuals from different backgrounds, making cultural competency essential. You will play a crucial role in nurturing a compassionate environment where clients feel safe and supported during their therapeutic journey.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is mandatory, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, alongside a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathetic and compassionate nature, dedicated to promoting positive outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently in a home office setting while also being an active, engaged member of a remote team.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions and managing group dynamics effectively.
