This role allows for remote work, giving you the flexibility to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own home while remaining an integral member of our clinic. You will engage with patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that you can accommodate their schedules effectively. Depending on client needs, occasional in-office visits may be required. • Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges and personal goals, ensuring that clients are active participants in their recovery process.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and case managers to create an integrative treatment approach, enhancing continuity of care.
• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their involvement and understanding to boost the clients' recovery journey.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards, ensuring compliance across all documentation.

Our clinic serves a diverse demographic, offering care to adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health theories and practices.
• Specialized training in mental health counseling with a proven track record of experience in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders, ensuring the latest methodologies are applied in therapy.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills paired with the ability to foster rapport and motivate clients, guiding them through their recovery journey.
• Effective communication capabilities, which enhance teamwork with colleagues, thereby improving patient care and satisfaction.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention, or community mental health settings is highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices is beneficial as well, given the remote nature of this position.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
