As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will use our secure online platform to conduct therapy sessions with clients, providing a comfortable and private setting for discussions. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, offering personalized and effective support tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and interviews, focusing on clients' specific mental health goals.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and participate in case consultations when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay updated on best practices and ethical standards within the field of mental health to deliver safe and competent care.

Your work will impact a diverse population of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care and encouraging clients to seek the support they need. By offering therapy in a remote setting, you will help overcome barriers such as transportation issues or social anxieties that often prevent individuals from accessing care.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, ideally in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity and comfort using technology and digital platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently yet open to team dynamics.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• History of engaging with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adults, and families.
• Previous exposure to telehealth practices and tools, including platform-specific software used for video conferencing and EHR management.
