Winland Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to join our innovative telehealth team. As a fully remote position, this role allows for a high degree of flexibility. You will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own workspace, utilizing a state-of-the-art telehealth platform designed to enhance the therapeutic experience. Your daily tasks as an LPCC will include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing clients through comprehensive assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Conducting individual therapy sessions via audio, video, and interactive tools available on our telehealth platform.
• Tracking client progress and adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs using our integrated goal-setting and tracking features.
• Providing psychoeducation and resources to clients to empower their self-management strategies for mental health.
• Collaborating with fellow therapists in a robust online peer community to share insights and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Your work will primarily involve low-acuity adult clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, and grief counseling. Importantly, our platform does not include children or clients with severe mental health conditions, allowing you to work within your area of expertise while maintaining a focus on stability and positive outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full independent LPCC license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection, along with a functioning phone and computer (desktop or laptop).

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

• Experience in telehealth or online counseling.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and therapy platforms.

We provide a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and dedication:

• A yearly salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000, commensurate with experience.
• A substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new full-time counselors.
