• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through our online platform, maintaining a professional and therapeutic environment for client interactions.
• Utilize an array of tools provided on the platform, such as goal tracking, online journals, and clinical worksheets, to engage clients effectively.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with peers through our community network, seeking guidance or sharing insights to enhance therapeutic practices.

The primary client population served by our telehealth platform consists of stable, low-acuity adults. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight management concerns, or grief-related challenges. Notably, our platform does not cater to children or clients presenting with severe mental health issues, allowing you to focus on your areas of expertise.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid, full independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong technological proficiency, with reliable internet access and a working computer (PC or laptop) for telehealth sessions.

• Experience in telehealth practice preferred but not mandatory; training and support will be provided.
• Prior experience managing a diverse client caseload, specifically dealing with low-acuity mental health conditions.
