This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a structured approach to your practice. As part of a fully virtual team, you will engage with colleagues and clients through secure, HIPAA-compliant software tailored specifically for teletherapy. Regular collaboration meetings will be held to ensure all team members remain aligned on patient care practices and organizational objectives.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations via virtual platforms, ensuring you utilize software designed for effective teletherapy.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited for online delivery.
• Carefully document patient progress and treatment plans using specialized teletherapy documentation tools to ensure accurate tracking of client development.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case updates, collaborate on treatment strategies, and share insights that promote best practices in teletherapy.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including webinars and training sessions, to stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in online mental health services.
• Contribute to program enhancement initiatives that promote compliance with telemedicine regulations and improve overall service delivery.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health challenges. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By tailoring your approach to each client's unique circumstances, you will foster meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower them toward healing and personal growth.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid and active professional license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently with minimal supervision, showcasing strong decision-making and clinical skills.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services, with a strong understanding of the dynamics involved in virtual clinical interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and electronic health record systems to ensure seamless client documentation and care.

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year, depending on your hours worked and experience level. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive healthcare benefits and insurance coverage to support your wellbeing and that of your family. Additionally, compensation is disbursed weekly via direct deposit for your convenience.
