Winland Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing professionals to work from the comfort of their own home or any location that suits them. Although counseling is delivered online, our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaboration and community engagement among our therapists. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Winland Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with clients, facilitating either audio or video interactions to provide therapeutic support.
• Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform for patient scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Implement evidence-based therapies tailored to individual client needs while maintaining a client-centered approach.
• Monitor patient progress through various methods, including online journals, clinical worksheets, and tailored goal-setting exercises.
• Collaborate with fellow practitioners through our robust peer community, sharing insights and best practices that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all state regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support low-acuity adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Our platform has been designed to ensure that therapists are matched with clients who align with their expertise, promoting effective therapeutic alliances and enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full Independent LPCC license in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection along with a functional desktop or laptop computer; tablets are not supported for clinical work.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, we highly value professionals with experience in telehealth services or those who have worked within an online therapeutic context. Familiarity with mental health disorders, treatment planning, and innovative technologies for patient engagement will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Winland Counseling Center offers a competitive and rewarding compensation package, including:

• An annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• A substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000.
• A monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to support your well-being.
