• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to contribute to and learn from shared experiences, enhancing overall treatment quality.
• Educate clients and their families by providing insights on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and research developments in the mental health field to ensure the best practices are applied in therapy.

Our counseling professionals work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, state-recognized license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques and the ability to apply these strategies to meet clients' specific needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving client circumstances.

• Experience in providing therapy in a telehealth setting, utilizing virtual communication tools and platforms to engage with clients effectively.
