This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative team. • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans that outline personalized goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to provide integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions, progress, and treatment interventions in alignment with organizational standards and licensure requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing the importance of understanding each client's unique background and experiences. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience working with a variety of populations and addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

• Prior experience with telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
• A background in client advocacy and community outreach initiatives.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on caseload and relevant experience.
