• Conduct client sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for discussing mental health concerns.
• Diagnose and treat various emotional and mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, and relationship challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and education to clients to help them navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license relevant to the role, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong proficiency in technology and ability to navigate online platforms with ease.
