• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, using your clinical expertise to support clients in managing their mental health.
• Openly discuss clients' emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients' needs, helping them to set realistic and achievable goals tailored to their situations.
• Assess clients' mental health, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation to ensure continuity of care and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

You will work primarily with stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you focus on clients who are well-suited for remote therapy. Each client is pre-screened before being matched with you, allowing for effective engagement aligned with your specialties and preferences. Our approach prioritizes the comfort and safety of both clients and counselors, so you will not be responsible for high-severity cases.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.
• Proven clinical skills reflected in a strong ability to develop and execute effective treatment plans based on best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support clients through their challenges.
• Proficiency in the use of computer software and telehealth platforms to effectively conduct and document therapy sessions.

• Experience with virtual therapy, particularly through video conferencing tools, is advantageous.
• Prior experience working within community health settings or with diverse populations is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors, enabling you to access essential health services. Counselors also benefit from convenient weekly direct deposit of their earnings, ensuring timely access to your salary.
