As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of client-focused tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing effective therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental well-being.
• Facilitating discussions that prompt clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, thus helping them gain insights into their lives and relationships.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following educational and licensing credentials:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license to practice in New York, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

Beyond the required qualifications, we appreciate candidates who have:

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
