Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team at Constant Support Psychotherapy Services. This full-time position allows for the opportunity to work remotely while providing essential mental health services to clients in Chandler, Arizona. Therapists will engage in the treatment of various mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs.

Work Environment

While the position is primarily home-based, therapists are also equipped to collaborate using telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, facilitating discussions to better understand clients’ histories, symptoms, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary based on patient feedback and ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to provide education and promote community integration among clients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure holistic patient care and seamless service delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, ensuring clients receive immediate care and stabilization during acute episodes.
• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and local resources that can aid in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client population consists of individuals seeking help for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients towards recovery and improved emotional health, frequently adapting methods to cater to the diverse needs of clients from different backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans that correspond with evidence-based practices.
• Experience in providing therapy to a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse life experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of practice.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and adapting to new technologies as needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and sharing knowledge for improved client outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of relevant clinical experience in a similar outpatient setting.
• Specializations or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., trauma-focused therapy, family therapy, etc.).
• Proven track record of facilitating group therapy sessions with successful outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
