Job description

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a First Aid and Facilities Specialist to join our New Berlin team. This position offers variety among its four core functions--customer service, driving, general labor and sales. In this role, you will service a defined route of customers - including local businesses, schools, and government agencies - building lasting relationships through reliable, high-quality service. 

In this role, you will:

  • -Be responsible for customer's satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
  • -Operate company vehicle safely to perform service/sales calls to maintain first aid inventories at customer locations.
  • -Utilize appropriate business development techniques to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • -Install and manage new products with new and existing customers.
  • -Make accurate, on-time deliveries consistent with route sequence and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • -Maintain a clean and organized professional display of product, storage locations and printed materials on customer premises, office and van.

    1st Shift Schedule: 6am start time, Monday-Friday. You will typically work 8–10-hour shifts, which will average roughly 45 hours per week. There could be some overnight travel, a few times per year. 

    Pay: Compensation is a combination of salary, commissions and bonuses. Average total compensation targeted at $65,000 a year. 

    Education and Experience: 

    • A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales and/or service position is preferred
    • Customer Service experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
    • Strong customer-service mindset.
    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (Lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8 hour shift)
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills are required in working with our internal and external customers.
