Your Opportunity at SECURE
As our driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation, handling, and delivery of production chemicals, including totes, pails, and drums. The Driver ensures all materials are transported in accordance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (DOT) regulations and the company's safety standards.
This role is based out of Casper, Wyoming.
The Team
The Production Chemicals team is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Driver to operate trucks and support field operations. This position involves transporting chemical products, assisting with chemical programs at the site, monitoring treatments, and completing routine service and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will bring oilfield or industrial service experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
Work Environment
This role offers a hands-on, fast-paced work environment focused on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence within the oilfield and industrial services sector. Employees work both independently and collaboratively in field-based and remote conditions, supporting critical chemical transportation and site operations while maintaining a strong commitment to compliance, reliability, and customer service.
A Day in The Life
  • Safely operate trucks to transport production chemicals and equipment to and from well sites.
  • Load and unload totes, drums, ISO tanks, and materials using appropriate lifting tools and pumping equipment with appropriate PPE.
  • Secure and inspect loads, trucks, and equipment to ensure safe travel.
  • Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after each shift to maintain safe operation.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks in compliance with federal driving requirements.
  • Keep trucks and equipment clean and perform routine maintenance; report or troubleshoot minor issues as required.
  • Assist with chemical programs, injection, and monitoring in accordance with customer specifications and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, treatment records, and field documentation.
  • Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety policies and traffic laws.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Support warehouse and yard activities as required, including inventory assistance, chemical blending and housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A Combo with hazmat and tanker certifications, a clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience driving deck trucks and tractor-trailers transporting dangerous goods.
  • Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations and federal driving requirements.
  • Proficiency with logbooks, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Valid safety certifications (Safe Land, H2S Alive, First Aid); WHMIS and DOT required or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work independently in remote locations and variable weather conditions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
