Job description

Job Title: Office 365 Administrator

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses through the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and troubleshoot issues related to email, collaboration tools, and cloud storage.
  • Implement and maintain security policies, data loss prevention (DLP), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance configurations.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
  • Assist in migration projects (e.g., from on-premise to cloud, tenant-to-tenant).
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
  • Keep documentation updated for configurations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and mobile device management (MDM) is a plus.
  • Understanding of security & compliance features within Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
