Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Closely monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and responsiveness to their evolving needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as required, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning strategies to ensure client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, documenting all sessions and treatment updates.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach and promote comprehensive client support.
• Engage in ongoing education and supervision, integrating the latest research and treatment modalities to enhance clinical expertise and provide superior care.
