• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, ensuring that their mental health needs are met holistically.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapeutic interventions that enhance psychological wellness, following the treatment plans designed collaboratively with clients.
• Engage in consultations with medical providers to address psychosocial factors impacting patients during their medical appointments, promoting integrated care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment progress in compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at professional development and the sharing of best practices within the team.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse client population, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling setting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Competency in navigating a fast-paced environment while managing multiple patient caseloads effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology is highly desirable.
