We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deployment Advisor to join our Enterprise Health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and deploying our employee health software effectively within their organizations. You will work closely with a team of analysts who will assist in the setup and configuration of the software for each client.Company OverviewWe provide solutions that make a meaningful difference in healthcare.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their unique needs, workflows, and objectives related to employee health management.
Implementation Approach/Deployment Strategy:
  • Develop and deploy creative and innovative strategies tailored to each client's specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify process improvement and automation opportunities within their employee health programs, proposing customized solutions while taking into consideration budget and timeline.
  • Complete requirements gathering and scope creation for all in scope workflows.
Software Configuration:
  • Configure application as needed according to requirements.
  • Direct analysts to ensure accurate and efficient setup of the employee health software for each client.

  • Ultimate sign off on configuration and workflow validation.
Training:
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on the functionality of the employee health software.

Relationship Management:
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their employee health initiatives.
