We are seeking dedicated and experienced Part Time, Full time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team in MN. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience with various patient population, and a compassionate approach to mental health care. Experience working with children, adults is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic practice focused on improving patient outcomes through collaborative care and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across different age groups.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring safe administration and monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide patient education on mental health conditions, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health records systems
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in psychiatric nursing and mental health treatments.

Qualifications
