To thrive as a Remote Nurse Risk Management professional, you need a strong background in clinical nursing, risk assessment, and healthcare compliance, usually supported by an active RN license and experience in risk management. Familiarity with incident reporting systems, risk analysis software, and electronic health records (EHRs) is often required, along with certifications such as CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management). • Communicate expectations and instill accountability in test team members.

  • Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals.

  • Manage multiple test activities, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet program objectives.

  • Additional responsibilities include documentation, stakeholder communication, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency of testing activities.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience managing test phases for large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAPโ€™s S4 HANA solution.
