As a Remote Teletherapy Specialist, you will engage with clients through our user-friendly telehealth platform. • Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering comprehensive histories from clients to design personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions that focus on a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to coordinated treatment efforts.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, staying current with best practices, methodologies, and trends in mental health care.
• Provide feedback and innovative ideas aimed at improving service delivery, clinical processes, and overall program effectiveness.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, permitting you to practice as a mental health professional in California.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working with individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with diverse clients quickly.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems to streamline the documentation process and improve patient care efficiency.
• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is a plus, enabling a smoother transition into our remote work model.

• A competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
