• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and risk assessments, to formulate an accurate diagnosis.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their mental health needs, goals, and cultural factors.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy in various settings including individual and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, assuring clients receive timely and appropriate care, while coordinating with other healthcare professionals involved in their treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory guidelines, encompassing progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, instilling empowerment through knowledge and practical coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust therapeutic approaches based on evidence and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research and practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical work.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role as a therapist will be pivotal in guiding clients toward healing and resilience by understanding their unique struggles and providing tailored support in a warm, empathetic environment.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setup.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience in telehealth settings is a plus, enabling seamless client interactions through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and assessment tools.

• Competitive annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
