Job Title: Healthcare Consultant I – MTM Ops Nurse (RN) Pay rate: $34.13 an hr Location: Remote (U.S.) — must reside in an eligible Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state (see eligibility below) Job Type: Contract to hire Start date: 7/6/26 Openings: 4 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift starting 9:00 AM ET (8:00 AM CT) Training: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT for ~2 weeks (mandatory) Overview We are hiring Remote MTM RNs to deliver telephonic Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services that improve member outcomes. In this role, you'll complete comprehensive medication reviews, identify medication-related problems, and coordinate solutions through member and prescriber communication. What You'll Do Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and complete full medication reconciliations Identify, document, and help resolve medication-related problems Communicate recommendations to members/caregivers and prescribers (verbal + written) Create a clear patient-friendly summary ("patient takeaway") after each interaction Prepare/fax prescriber materials to support resolution of medication issues Use behavioral interviewing/motivational interviewing techniques to drive engagement and outcomes Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers Required Qualifications Active RN license and Compact (NLC) eligibility in your state of residence (license must be active/in good standing) Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) 2+ years related nursing/clinical experience Strong comfort with high-volume telephonic work (back-to-back calls) and documentation during calls MTM delivery experience (depth matters—CMR experience strongly preferred) Preferred MTM experience using OutcomesMTM Connect Case Care Management Certificate Strong chronic disease knowledge (guideline-driven recommendations, preventive care, health promotion) Remote / Workspace Requirements (Must Have) Dedicated quiet workspace (HIPAA compliant; no distractions) Hard-wired internet connection (candidate provides ethernet cord + surge protector) Ability to provide proof of internet upload/download speeds State Eligibility (Important) Must live in a participating Compact Licensure state.
