• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and concerns, determining treatment strategies that align with individual preferences and goals.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational dynamics.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting techniques based on the needs and responses of clients to foster an effective therapeutic alliance.
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring each client receives a comprehensive care approach.
• Guide and support family members, equipping them with the knowledge needed to play an active role in the healing process, thereby enhancing the recovery of the client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all records are accurate and confidential.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Evidence of specialized training in mental health counseling as well as experience relevant to treating various psychological disorders.
• A strong grasp of evidence-based practices and techniques in clinical mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic skills to build rapport with clients and support them through their recovery journey.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital mental health tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches and collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Background in providing therapy to specific populations, such as LGBTQ+, veterans, or individuals with substance use disorders, is a plus.
