Position Specific Description

The NextEra Energy Transmission (NEET) Operations Emergency Preparedness Manager leads wildfire mitigation strategy and advances enterprise-wide emergency preparedness across all NEET Operating Companies (OPCos). This role is responsible for developing and executing mitigation plans, strengthening organizational readiness, coordinating cross-functional response efforts, and driving continuous improvement across NEET's Transmission and Substation (T&S) Operations for wildfire and other emergency events. The position ensures a consistent, proactive approach to risk reduction, system resilience, and event response, supporting the reliable and compliant operation of NEET's T&S assets.
