Job description

Alaska Radiology Associates (ARA), Alaska's largest private practice radiology group, is seeking a General or Body Radiologist to join their well-established, multi-specialty practice in Anchorage, AK. This fully onsite position offers generous compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and options for full-time or part-time employment. The role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a partnership track available, serving the largest hospital in Alaska and various outpatient imaging centers.

Practice Info

  • Join Alaska's largest private practice radiology group, Alaska Radiology Associates (ARA).
  • Provide full-spectrum imaging and interventional services for the largest hospital in the State of Alaska.
  • Work in outpatient imaging centers located in Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley.
  • Provide sub-specialized teleradiology services for clients throughout the state of Alaska.
  • Provide both teleradiology and onsite services in Kodiak Island, Alaska.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general radiology including X-Ray, Ultrasound, and CT.
  • Execute general radiology procedures including FNA, Shoulder and Hip Arthrograms, US Guided Soft Tissue Biopsy, and occasional Paracentesis or Thoracentesis.

Compensation

  • Salary: $750,000-$800,000 + $100,000 benefits package.
  • Sign-on bonus: $60,000 or fellowship stipend.
  • Partnership track offered.
  • Annual discretionary bonus.

Shift & Schedule

  • Weekend commitment depends on Associate vs Partnership track.
  • Associates contribute 4 Saturday-Sunday weekends per year (8 shifts) which are 8am-6pm.

Requirements

  • Fellows and residents welcome to apply.
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
  • Fellowship training in Body Imaging is a plus, but not required.
