Job description

Alaska Radiology Associates (ARA), Alaska's largest private practice radiology group, is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join their well-established multi-specialty practice in Anchorage, AK. This full-time, partnership-track opportunity offers generous compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves providing high-quality imaging and professional radiology services in a dynamic and growing environment.

Practice Info

  • Largest private practice radiology group in Alaska
  • Provides full-spectrum imaging and interventional services for the largest hospital in Alaska
  • Operates outpatient imaging centers in Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley
  • Offers sub-specialized teleradiology services throughout Alaska
  • Provides both teleradiology and onsite services in Kodiak Island, Alaska

Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of high-quality imaging and professional radiology services
  • Perform general radiology including X-Ray, Ultrasound and CT
  • Execute general radiology procedures including FNA, Shoulder and Hip Arthrograms, US Guided Soft Tissue Biopsy, and occasional Paracentesis or Thoracentesis

Compensation

  • Salary: $750,000-$800,000 + $100,000 benefits package
  • Sign on bonus: $50,000 or fellowship stipend
  • Full-time option to work onsite 26 weeks/year: Salary: $500,000 + $100,000 benefits package ($600,000 total compensation)

Shift & Schedule

  • Day/1st Shift
  • Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
  • Typical schedule M-F 8am-5pm, 11am-7pm or 3pm-10pm
  • Occasional (2-3 per year) weekly rotations on Kodiak Island
  • Associates contribute 4 Sat-Sun weekends per year (8 shifts) which are 8am-6pm
  • Full-time option to work onsite 26 weeks/year
  • For 26 weeks/year option, typical schedule M-F 8am-5pm
  • For 26 weeks/year option, Associates contribute 4 Sat-Sun weekends per year (8 shifts) which are 7am-7pm

Requirements

  • Fellowship trained in Neuroradiology
  • BE or BC by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
  • CAQ Preferred
  • Fellows and residents welcome to apply
