Job description

RADIOLOGY ASSOCIATES, PC Women’s Imaging Radiologist | Eugene, Oregon | Partnership, Employee & Part-Time Opportunities

100% Physician-Owned No Private Equity Independent by Choice

The Practice

Radiology Associates, P.C. (RAPC) is a 100% physician-owned private radiology practice serving communities throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Idaho. Based in Eugene, Oregon, we've remained proudly independent with no private equity involvement, allowing physicians to maintain autonomy while practicing in a collaborative, subspecialized environment focused on exceptional patient care.

We are actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Women’s Imaging Radiologist to join our growing practice. We welcome candidates interested in partnership-track, employed, and part-time opportunities.

The RAPC Difference.

Joining RAPC means becoming part of a collaborative team of physicians who value clinical excellence, mutual respect, and shared success. Our physicians have built a practice where partnership is more than an ownership model- it's a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.

Our subspecialized workflow allows physicians to focus on their fellowship expertise while working alongside colleagues who genuinely enjoy practicing together.

Highlights
  • Top-tier partner compensation exceeding the 95th percentile, supported by multiple diversified and passive income streams
  • Two-year partnership track
  • First-year salary: $525,000
  • Second-year salary: $600,000
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Hybrid practice with approximately 50% remote reading
  • Flexible employment models: Partnership, employed, and part-time opportunities available
  • Subspecialty-focused practice allowing physicians to work primarily within their fellowship expertise
  • Clinical confidence: Never required to interpret studies you're uncomfortable reading
  • Internal night coverage with optional participation
  • Lucrative moonlighting opportunities available to supplement income
  • Mentorship for new radiologists with defined productivity expectations
  • Exceptional physician support including Reading Room Assistants, Physician Assistants, credentialing specialists, scheduling staff, and dedicated IT support
Supporting Early-Career Radiologists

We believe the transition into private practice should be both rewarding and well-supported.

New radiologists receive:
  • Defined daily expectations (80-90 RVUs/day)
  • One-on-one physician mentoring
  • Six months of call support
  • Collaborative partners invested in your success
Life in Eugene

Eugene offers an exceptional quality of life with access to everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Home to the University of Oregon, Eugene combines the amenities of a vibrant college town with easy access to hiking, cycling, fly fishing, skiing, mountain lakes, rivers, wineries, and the Oregon Coast. Whether you enjoy outdoor recreation, great restaurants, live music, or simply spending more time with family, Eugene provides an outstanding place to build both your career and your life.

Partnership Benefits

Partnership includes a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support both your professional and personal success.

Financial Benefits
  • Fully funded 401(k) profit sharing to the annual IRS maximum
  • Fully paid health insurance
  • Funded Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Paid long-term disability insurance
Work-Life Balance
  • Twelve weeks of annual time off
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Optional internal moonlighting opportunities
  • Robust backup-call program with generous pay-per-click compensation
Practice Support
  • Employed PAs providing fluoroscopic coverage at the hospitals
  • Reading Room Assistants supporting inpatient and outpatient communication
  • Dedicated in-house IT team supporting PACS and home workstations
  • In-house credentialing and physician scheduling services
Culture

RAPC is a close-knit physician group that values collaboration, mentorship, and long-term relationships. Regular social events and a genuine commitment to supporting one another have helped create a culture where physicians enjoy practicing together and building lasting careers.

Join Us

If you're a fellowship-trained Women’s Imaging Radiologist seeking exceptional compensation, physician ownership, clinical autonomy, and an outstanding Pacific Northwest lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.

Radiology Associates, P.C. offers the desirable combination of independent private practice, financial opportunity, subspecialty collaboration, and professional flexibility that's becoming increasingly difficult to find.
