The Position
We're looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + JavaScript + AI-Driven) to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
  • Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
  • Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, running, and scaling modern web applications in production.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Expertise in backend programming with Python and frameworks like Django (or similar).
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of your daily development workflow.
  • Track record of working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, including advanced tuning, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and connection pooling.
  • Solid background in asynchronous and background-processing infrastructure such as Celery.
  • Experienced with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend technologies, alongside a strong interest or familiarity with server-side architectures like HTMX or traditional frameworks (React/Vue).
  • Proven experience operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and scaling applications under heavy load.
  • Deep experience in observability practices (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) using modern tools to monitor production health.
  • Comfortable working with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and service-to-service integrations.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes) or modern PaaS deployment is a plus.
  • Experience defining and working against SLOs/SLIs, or working within a SaaS/B2B product company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with C# / .NET or the nonprofit tech space is a nice to have.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
