Job description

Title: BD/Sales Associate
Department: Sales & BD
Experience Level: 2-5 years experience
Location: Global Remote
Salary: TBD, Stablecoins + Token
About Us:
At ULTRADE we are bringing Trading 3.0 to the crypto market with our groundbreaking Native Exchanges (NEX) technology, eliminating the need for bridges, wrapped assets, and trading gas costs, while ensuring full non-custodial asset control. Unlike DEXs, the NEX technology enables cross-chain asset trading on full orderbooks with limit/market orders, no MEV attacks, supporting both EVM and non-EVM chains.
ULTRADE utilizes a proven scalable B2B2C model as the "Shopify of DeFi '' with a Whitelabel SaaS platform, enabling partners to launch their own branded NEXs in a shared liquidity network across all chains. Partners gain in-brand trading and new revenue streams, token self-listing, increased partner-token utility and more, on a rev-share basis. The platform can be launched at no cost, no coding needed, and within 10 minutes.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Lead generation - researching, sourcing and contacting Web3 projects across multiple blockchain ecosystems our platform supports to introduce them to our NEX platform.
  • Pitching & closing deals - identifying new ULTRADE NEX partners - understanding their business, pain points, and opportunities with ULTRADE and then pitching them the core utilities that we can offer to their business and community
  • Education & awareness - advocating and promoting the core benefits of NEXs vs DEXs vs CEXs
  • Client Management - managing partner relationships from initial contact, onboarding, integration, to NEX launch and ongoing new product updates/account management
  • System management - Building & managing a sales funnel via our CRM system

What We Look For in You:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business
  • Experience working at or actively using CEXs and DEXs for trading.
  • Knowledge of the top crypto L1/L2 protocols, and the key ecosystem project verticals
  • Experience in lead generation, cold/warm client messaging and pitching tech products
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Candidate with a sales person's active "hunter" mentality at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter & self-motivated
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Nice to have - strong understanding of traditional finance/crypto products such as spot, futures, & perps
