Title : Intelligent Automation Engineer - RPA Automation Anywhere

Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Azure AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well?

Integrated solutions. With guidance, the engineer recommends solution approaches and provides technical direction across the development lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and implementation, ensuring high? Quality solutions delivered on time and within budget. The position also supports operational stability through root cause analysis and issue resolution to meet established SLAs, evaluate the feasibility of business requirements, and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Adherence to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security and risk management practices, change management, and continuous improvement is a core expectation of the role.

Essential Functions

Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.

Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.

Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.

Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.

Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.

Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.

Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

Required Qualification

Handson experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform

Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis

Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies

Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling

Working knowledge of process engineering software systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred)

Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred)
