This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services to our clients. • Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and families grappling with emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on the client’s needs and determined treatment strategy.
• Regularly update treatment plans by coordinating additional services and revising the approach as necessary to ensure optimal client care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all therapy services in accordance with facility guidelines and professional standards.
• Manage your assigned caseload effectively, participating in regular treatment team meetings to ensure cohesive care planning among multidisciplinary staff.
• Demonstrate a consistently positive, empathetic disposition towards clients, addressing and resolving any complaints swiftly to maintain high standards of care and client trust.
• Recognize and prioritize patient safety in all interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and complete any other functions as assigned.

You will work with a diverse clientele, providing support to individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults. Your role will be essential in implementing strategies that help clients cope with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. By focusing on their unique needs, you’ll assist them in achieving desired changes and improvements within their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a relevant field is required.
• Applicants must possess the appropriate state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Solid understanding of mental health practices and methodologies, aligning with our goal of providing high-quality counseling services.

Candidates will ideally have at least two years of experience working with a diverse demographic, ranging from children to adults, in a therapeutic setting. A background in telehealth service delivery is advantageous, as is experience in addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders.

The position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include:
