This position offers a remote work setting that provides flexibility and convenience. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and establish treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Design and implement customized counseling sessions using a variety of techniques, ensuring they align with the latest evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress throughout the course of therapy, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain warm and empathetic communication during sessions, fostering a trusting therapeutic environment that encourages clients to open up.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when appropriate, facilitating referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid state-mandated LPC license to practice in Georgia.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 per year, with the added benefit of a sign-on bonus.
