Work Environment

This position is designed for a full-time clinical social worker who will work remotely, primarily serving clients through virtual platforms or occasional face-to-face consultations in our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices, considering each client's cultural background and specific mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to assistance patients managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHRs) to track patient progress and care coordination.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, working alongside psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community resource organizations to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available support resources in the community.
• Maintain adherence to all ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves working with a diverse patient population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and include adults, adolescents, and families seeking support in navigating their mental health journeys. In this role, your empathetic approach will provide critical support and effective interventions to empower clients toward achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records and related software for clinical documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
