  • Translate long-form podcast and video content into high-performing short-form storytelling, partnering with production and analytics teams to refine editorial strategy based on audience engagement.
  • Track and report on platform performance metrics, using data to inform content decisions and identify what's resonating with the audience.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats, and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

  • Support tentpole event activations (e.g., Super Bowl) by developing content that aligns with Schultz Report creative strategy.

Requirements
  • 4+ years in social media for a brand, creator, or media company - spanning both strategy and hands-on execution, ideally in sports, podcasts, or entertainment.
  • Detailed knowledge of all major social platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong, distinct point of view on voice and tone.
  • A genuine love of the NFL and the game of football.
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-platform publishing schedules.
  • Comfort working with performance data/analytics tools to guide content strategy.
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving proficiencies.
