Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapy interventions that align with the latest research and best practices, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal practices.

• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, including healthcare providers, family members, and other support systems.

• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment process, providing them with tools and resources for coping and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW, you will work closely with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly in the context of hospice care. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
