We are a fast-moving, collaborative team that values ownership, experimentation, and measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of performance marketing, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.

Portfolio required. We want to see examples of paid media, landing pages, emails, ecommerce experiences, social creative, and integrated campaigns.

What You'll Do
    • Design creative for paid social, display, email, web, ecommerce, and organic social.

    • Develop campaign concepts that work across multiple channels and formats.

    • Create and optimize landing pages, promotional experiences, checkout flows, and paywalls.

    • Produce creative variations for A/B testing.

    • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership.

    • Manage projects from concept through launch and iteration.
    • Use performance data and customer insights to improve creative.

    • Faster creative testing and iteration.

    • High-quality work launched quickly.
    • Consistent campaigns across channels.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, digital, or performance design.

  • A strong portfolio showing work across multiple marketing channels.

  • Experience designing ads, landing pages, emails, ecommerce flows, and digital campaigns.

  • Experience developing creative for A/B testing.

  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and respond well to feedback.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with subscription, membership, ecommerce, or consumer brands.

  • Motion graphics or short-form video experience.

  • Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, or programmatic advertising.

  • Understanding of responsive email and web design.

You'll Thrive Here If You
    • Are comfortable designing an ad, email, landing page, and ecommerce experience.

    • Care about performance as much as aesthetics.

Benefits and Perks
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with approximately 83% employer-paid premiums.
