about this team The Global PR manager will be responsible for identifying real-time trends taking place in culture, responding in real-time with ideas that drive earned media, and delivering regular insights, measurement, and analytics across all Global PR efforts. This person will sit on the Global PR team and work closely with regional and cross-functional teams and agency partners to lead always-on PR. They will use media monitoring and social listening tools to identify bubbling themes emerging across fashion, sports, lifestyle, and entertainment that are relevant for our brand, and identify authentic ways to insert lululemon into the conversation that ultimately drive earned.

They will also deliver actionable insights and recaps to better inform Global PR strategies and show the impact of the collective Consumer PR team's work. The ideal candidate is at the forefront of culture and knows how to move at the speed of it to drive cultural relevance, has experience using media monitoring and social listening tools, has a pulse on the latest media intelligence platforms and tools, and confidence in knowing how to use data to inform public relation strategies. core responsibilities Leads always-on PR by conducting proactive and reactive media monitoring and social listening to identify timely insights, themes, and trends emerging in culture to act on in real-time (ex: news jacking) and drive cultural relevance.

Has an earned-first mindset and can deliver and execute ideas, in partnership with the Consumer PR team and the Social Media team, that drive earned media based on the insights and themes they identify. Establishes our Global PR insights, measurement, and analytics program globally, building templates, processes, and reports. In collaboration with internal partners (ex: Regional PR teams, Global Brand Insights, Social Insights) and external PR agency to deliver quarterly Global PR reports and all global campaign and initiative-specific reporting with a focus on meaningful insights and analysis that can shape future strategies.

Sets the strategy for what key indicators we measure across all global initiatives and the recommended KPIs, while regularly tracking progress towards goals. Provide regional PR teams with guidance and support on earned media insights, measurement and analytics. Manage and oversee our media monitoring management tool, as well as identify additional tools to help further improve our insights and analytics capabilities.

Tracking competitor earned media activity and sharing learnings and insights back with cross functional partners and leadership Provide operational support to the global PR team as needed. qualifications 7-10 years of professional experience in public relations, media monitoring, social listening, and analytics. Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with media monitoring, social listening and reporting tools, specifically Meltwater and Muckrack, along with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Netbase and TalkWater from a social listening perspective.

Experience writing Boolean logic and query-based searches. Experience creating reports and visualizations in PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel. A news and culture expert who knows what's taking place across fashion, sports, lifestyle, and entertainment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and ability to isolate takeaways for leadership. Able to quickly and easily develop relationships with people across cultures and geographies. Bachelor's degree in public relations or related discipline.
