• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional needs. This will involve utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviewing techniques tailored for diverse populations.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the distinct circumstances and goals of each client, actively adjusting them based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Closely track and document client progress, ensuring that treatment adjustments are made in a timely manner to optimize care effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Maintain thorough, confidential client records in adherence with HIPAA and state regulations, facilitating appropriate tracking of treatment outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative case management with physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers to coordinate care, ensuring holistic support for clients.
• Stay current with the latest research, ethical guidelines, and best practices in mental health treatment, regularly participating in training opportunities provided by the organization.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by partaking in regular supervision sessions aimed at skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Uphold the integrity of the profession by adhering to the ethical standards set forth by relevant mental health organizations.

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals from various backgrounds seeking therapy for a multitude of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is essential to practice safely and effectively.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency is required to accurately identify and address client needs.
