You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatric nurses, and support staff, all dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs of clients, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a virtual format to foster positive mental health outcomes and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation according to organizational standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and cohesive care for each client.
• Provide education and support for clients and their families, facilitating understanding of treatment processes and mental health challenges.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients in a detox setting, focusing on individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will support a diverse range of clients, providing culturally competent care tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs, fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel valued and understood.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, particularly in mental health or addiction services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans based on best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation workflows.
• Prior work with detoxification or rehabilitation services is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
