• Provide individualized psychotherapy to patients with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD through evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental, emotional, and behavioral status, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans while adapting them based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, communicating essential patient information to enhance overall treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them with knowledge for better management of their health.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient treatment needs and make recommendations for additional therapies or resources when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines laid out by the relevant licensing authorities.

The primary focus will be on adults undergoing detoxification who present with varied mental health issues. This population often exhibits co-occurring substance use disorders alongside prevalent psychological challenges. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between detox care and ongoing mental health support, playing a crucial role in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• 2-3 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly in a clinical environment specializing in addiction and mental health.
• Exemplary communication skills, facilitating effective relationships with patients and collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong competency in clinical assessment, knowledge of patient-centered care principles, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and manage sensitive information.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and the psychosocial dynamics affecting patients in detox and rehabilitation settings.
• A high degree of professionalism with the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards consistently.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is highly advantageous.
• Advanced training or certifications in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and digital health tools.
