• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through video or phone consultations, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Provide therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities suited for remote delivery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor with Advent Care Psychiatry, you will work with a diverse population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your empathetic approach will help build rapport and trust, creating a safe virtual space for clients to share their experiences and explore pathways to improved mental wellness.

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to establish therapeutic connections via virtual platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for managing multiple clients and tasks remotely.

• Experience providing telehealth services, especially in a remote setting.
• Background in delivering therapy for various mental health issues, with a preference for those who have worked with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy software that enables secure client interactions.
