Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and ethical mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Implement solution-based treatment modalities, fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and feelings.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that clearly outline achievable goals and strategies for clients.
• Monitor client progress continuously, revising treatment plans as necessary while promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-awareness.
• Collaborate with clients to provide life skills training and actionable strategies to improve their daily functioning and overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on working with stable and low-acuity adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or the impacts of life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling remotely or a willingness to adapt to digital therapy platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of diverse backgrounds within the client population.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and software to enhance the counseling experience and streamline administrative tasks.
• Previous experience working within a remote or outpatient facility, specifically handling low-acuity cases and conducting individual therapy.
• Experience using treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience, full caseload, and client engagement.
