  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and circumstances.
  • Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on therapeutic techniques that encourage open communication and resolution of conflicts.
  • Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing therapeutic support to ensure continual improvement.
  • Conduct regular follow-up assessments to evaluate patient progress, ensuring to document developments accurately and communicate them with relevant healthcare professionals when referrals may be necessary.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral health challenges.
