• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and concerns.
• Provide mental health counseling services through various modalities including video conferencing, messaging, and written communication.
• Utilize the telehealth platform’s tools to monitor client progress, set goals, and offer ongoing support through an integrated note-sharing system.
• Document clinical notes accurately and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Engage in regular peer consultations, share best practices, and collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance service delivery.

As an LPCC at Renewed Minds, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight management issues, and grief counseling. Our platform is designed to screen and refer only those individuals who can benefit from your expertise, ensuring you spend your time assisting clients who align with your therapeutic approach.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted LPCC license, with no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth technology, with access to a reliable internet connection, computer, and phone.

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling or using digital platforms for client engagement.
• Experience working with adult populations in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques suitable for low acuity clients.
