New Business Development – Nursing Home & Assisted Living - Remote
Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to expand our partnerships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and other senior care organizations. This role is responsible for developing new referral sources, building strong client relationships, and increasing awareness of our healthcare staffing and/or clinical services within the long-term care market.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales, business development, account management, or senior care services and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations meet their staffing and patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care Facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories --Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to generate referrals and business partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals.
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client presentations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, staffing, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare services.
  • Strong understanding of the long-term care and senior living industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Communities, or healthcare organizations.
