We are looking to expand our amazing roster with an experienced Intune & JAMF Engineer who is well versed in endpoint management, and deployment automation and is located in Latin America.

We are looking for someone who combines hands-on experience administering enterprise MDM platforms with strong troubleshooting, automation, and process improvement skills.

You will play a key role in designing, executing, and improving deployment validation processes across Windows and macOS environments while helping identify opportunities to automate testing workflows and implement best practices.

We are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
  • Experience administering Jamf Pro.
  • Experience working with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions.
  • Experience validating software deployments across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting deployment failures and analyzing logs.
  • Experience designing, improving, and documenting operational processes.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment processes.
  • Experience creating repeatable testing and validation procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
