• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients through virtual sessions, developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring these modalities to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with healthcare regulations, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaboratively engage with an exceptional multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings through digital platforms.
• Educate clients and their families on pertinent mental health issues, treatment methods, and community resources, using digital tools and platforms effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and research through continuous learning opportunities, including webinars and virtual conferences, integrating this knowledge into your practice.
• Manage a full caseload of patients efficiently, ensuring each client’s treatment goals are met while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help facilitate healing and growth through solution-focused practices, accommodating clients from different backgrounds and cultural perspectives. • A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
• A proven track record in employing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions suitable for a remote setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients through virtual interaction.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate the challenges of remote therapy effectively.
• Experience working independently, alongside a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented virtual environment.

• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available for patients.
• Background in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities in mental health practices.
